We had an urgent matter to deal with involving our septic tank. I called Strathcona Septic and spoke to the owner who told me they would send someone as soon as possible. In the meantime, he gave me advice so as to prevent our situation from getting worse. A truck arrived promptly and dealt with the emergency but we were told further repairs would be required to fix the problem permanently. Once the issue was dealt with, Strathcona Septic kept in contact with us and addressed every concern we had and their motto was always that they would do everything within their power to make sure we were satisfied with the work and their customer service. We certainly were! We’ve dealt with Strathcona Septic for years and will continue to do so.
